I want to buy a pair of glasses for my AGT 21, and was wondering if anyone would be willing to post some pics of the lilac glasses and the rectangle glasses for comparison purposes. Anyone like one over the other? Thanks!

We just got our first pair of doll glasses but I bought the round silver ones. Haven't put them on a doll yet, but I too would like to see the lavendar ones on a doll.

Would you like them on a doll or off? Or both?

So many of the dolls look great in the Lilac glasses! They're my favorite although Licorice's pink glasses come in a close second. Yes the AG dolls fit Licorice's glasses. Elizabeth looks really glam in them, especially when she's wearing the pink bikini I made for her this summer. (Ok, all you historians can give a collective GASP picturing Elizabeth wearing a pink bikini and sunglasses! )
I now have two pairs of the rectangle glasses and plan on painting one some other color, perhaps embellishing it with gems too.
Maybe it is because I often wear glasses, or perhaps it was Dionne's adorable avatar of AGT11 wearing glasses. But I think the dolls look super in any kind of glasses. Today, for the first time, I noticed that the Seaside Wardrobe comes with sunglasses. I'm actually tempted to buy that entire wardrobe JUST for the sunglasses! And a doll's dresser looks really cute with a pair of glasses set on top.
So do I think you should get the lilac or rectangle? Yes to both!

I just bought both, too! I had first ordered the lilac ones because they looked like dd's (see avatar), and I think they'd be a nice accessory for Kit.
Then when I was placing my code order with Josie's Weaving Outfit, the rectangle glasses at $5 put me over $30. I actually snuck Marisol out of her box and tried them on. They look okay. They really are substantial. You know how some people look good in that style, and others don't?? I think that Marisol will be able to carry it off.
So--I think if someone has #21 and the glasses, you could see on her. I think the rectangle ones might look nice with her coloring.
If you want to see both of them on Kit, I could post pics (probably tomorrow), and it sounds like MollyLuvsMarshi is willing, too. . . .

Is this what you're looking for??

I put these glasses on my #21 (Faith) and they will never come off. They seemed to fit her perfectly! Now if I could just get enough courage to take her hair down!

And here she is in the lilac glasses...
AGT21 in Lilac Glasses
The lilac ones stay on really well. The rectangle ones that my Sienna wears fall off easily. (In fact, I bought another pair - in case Sienna loses hers AND she can't see without them!! )

Now you have a decision to make! I think that they both look cute, but are just very different looks.

Thanks for the pictures ladies! Now I don't know which ones I should get. She looks pretty darn cute in each of them! May just have to get both now.
Oh yeah, and AG4Alison - I finally got the courage to take my Charlotte's hair down after having her for over a month, and she looks adorable! The trick is to work her curls with your fingers, not the brush.

Thanks greenehorn! I'll keep working on getting my courage up! I'm so afraid her pin curls will disappear under the rest of her hair and I'll never get them back. I'm still looking for my PM lissie's!
